Do I have to attend all webinars?

No, but we highly recommend it! You’ll get the most value by attending all webinars in the series.

We offer a full refund policy if you don’t find value in any of our packages—though we’ve never had to issue one! Our resources are designed to help you succeed.

Do I have to provide the content?

No, we create the majority of your content for you! You only need to provide occasional photos or videos from your business when available. Our team handles all branded posts, reels, captions, and stock graphics. If you do not have visuals, we can design content using your brand assets or stock videos or photos. If you have a brick-and-mortar location, we can arrange on-site content days once per month to capture professional photos and videos for social media use.

Will you respond to my customers?

Yes, your package includes engagement. We reply to comments and interact with your audience in a professional, brand-aligned tone to help nurture relationships and encourage leads.

I really want to grow my followers. What is the best package for me?

Follower growth varies by industry, location, and starting audience size, but clients in the Management Plus Package typically see steady monthly growth of approximately 5%–15% with consistent content and engagement.
