Refund Policy

At SOA PR Group, we are committed to providing high-quality public relations, marketing, communications, and consulting services. Due to the time, planning, strategy, and resources invested in each client project, the following refund policy applies to all services purchased through our website or directly through SOA PR Group.

Service Deposits

All deposits and setup fees are non-refundable. Deposits reserve time, resources, and project capacity and compensate for initial planning, research, onboarding, and administrative work performed before project execution.

One-Time Services

For one-time services, including but not limited to website development, public relations campaigns, media kits, press releases, branding projects, impact reports, marketing materials, and consulting services:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed or delivered. At SOA PR Group, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive client experience. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We value open communication and will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns and work toward a mutually satisfactory resolution.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a 75% refund may be issued by SOA PR Group, less any administrative, planning, or processing costs incurred.

Monthly Service Plans

For recurring services such as social media management, public relations retainers, website maintenance, and marketing support:

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

Clients may cancel future services in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.

To guarantee cancellation before the next scheduled payment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the next billing date.

Services will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed upon.

Client Delays and Non-Responsiveness

SOA PR Group is not responsible for delays resulting from a client's failure to provide required information, approvals, content, access credentials, feedback, or other necessary materials. Refunds will not be issued due to client-caused delays.

Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

All sales of digital products, templates, guides, downloadable resources, and similar digital content are final and non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact SOA PR Group directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of services.
